If you call someone ignorant in public print that’s an ad hominem attack. And rather than speculating, you can actually read statements made by different Indian people and taken down by French, Dutch, Spanish, Russian and English men. There is no lack of literature. If you want to dispute the veracity or intent of the Euros you’re free to do so.
