Thanks, Stephen. We can’t get rid of the Electoral College, as it is in the Constitution. The same is true for the apportionment of representation in the Senate. We can add states. We can alter who has the power to create Congressional districts by appointing citizens committees. We can increase public education and jobs and birth control. We can create a culture of zero tolerance in the workplace for racism, sexism — and have regulatory agencies to enforce the policies. We can make it very expensive for C-level execs and rich individuals to contribute to anti regulatory, GOP type causes and candidates. What else?
